Thomas P. Harrison
Managing Director

Before co-founding Diamond Creek Capital, Mr. Harrison was a Managing Director with Roth Capital Partners where he co-managed RCP’s Debt Capital Markets / Private Placements Group. Prior to joining Roth Capital Mr. Harrison was a Senior Vice President / Business Development Officer with Wells Fargo Foothill, a leading commercial finance company with over $20 billion in loan commitments. During his twenty-year career in the senior debt and asset-based lending industries, Mr. Harrison has personally negotiated and closed over two hundred leveraged transactions aggregating in excess of $2.8 billion in medium-high risk loans and investments. He has worked in virtually every facet of secured lending including senior management, marketing, underwriting, account management and credit administration.

Mr. Harrison has been a frequent guest speaker and panel member at a number of industry conferences including the Association for Corporate Growth’s Annual Middle Market Conference – Mergers, Acquisitions, and Finance; the Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA) Annual Investment Capital Conference; as well as the American Electronics Association (AEA) Regional Conference. Mr. Harrison received his B.S degree in Economics from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. degree from Pepperdine University.

John J. Devenny II
Managing Director

Mr. Devenny is a co-founder and Managing Director of DCC. In addition to having primary underwriting responsibility for the company, Mr. Devenny also manages the firm’s portfolio, sources new investment opportunities and negotiates loan documentation. Before co-founding DCC, Mr. Devenny was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department of Roth Capital Partners, where he evaluated, underwrote, and marketed debt and equity opportunities in both the public and private sector.

Prior to joining Roth, Mr. Devenny was an international intellectual property attorney, having held positions with General Electric Company and Fross, Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu in New York City. Mr. Devenny earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University where he was a Presidential Merit Scholar, a J.D. from Boston College Law School and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at U.C.L.A. John remains an active member of the State Bars of New York and New Jersey.
